Yes PCI-E has the VIVO to.
The sapphire 1950 pros dont carry vivo only tv out.
not that your missing much, the rage theatre 200 vivo processor is crap quality compared to recent tv capture cards, even cheap ones.
not helped by the fact that the t-200 driver hasnt worked right since cat 5.3 and no longer supported in latest ati multimedia centre. 9.8 last version that works). dscaler has been laid to rest as doesnt support many cards now 100% with the latest driver versions, although nero showtime and powercinema will work.

if you mean AVIVO video processing, then that is supported.

. could have sworn it has vivo aswell though...hang on isnt avivo just advanced video in video out?
