I have a ASUS P5K-E wifi and a GTS8800,
problem is that the card is bigger than I thought, and it covers some of my SATA ports, i can fist 90 degree cables under the card, but the problem is they bend over another port and I therefore cant use it.
at the moment i am using 4 SATA devises , and i whouldnt be able to use any more, if i can get some low profile 90 degree other way bending SATA cables, I would be able to use all of them
on another note, i did get some of these:

but it was actually the ones they came with the motherboards that fit better. its close but it does work
