I don't think the picture in the story is of the woman, in fact I'm pretty certain it isn't simply because the story says that the implants ruptured after the impact.

Think about it, you hit something, you shoot forwards and breasts make contact with steering wheel but now theres nothing supporting your head so it would carry on fowards and downwards.

I saw something on Sky One about the woman who got stabbed by a swordfish's sword while fishing. The impact forced the implant between two of her ribs and inside her thorassic cavity. She didn't realise until 2 weeks later when she decided to see a doctor about her shortness of breath which was because there was a silicon implant where her lung should've been.
