saving game before i install new ssd

How do i save my game on to another ssd.
Just bought a OCZ IBIS 240GB. and wont to transfer my game saves on to that one from my old ssd. How do i do that?

Can't you just move them to your Samsung drive and then transfer them to your new SSD drive when you install it?
