Saxo VTS airbag light flashig

Im trading my old grannys fiesta for a vts tonight though when I went for a quick drive in it the other day I noticed the airbag light on the dashboard was flashing upon starting the engine, then after 5 mins stayed on constantly.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be, thanks.

Try fiddling with the wires under both driver and passenger seats.

Look for a yellow plug under one of the two front seats, will be a bad connection, mine did this wasn't happy driving it with the airbag off, stopped fixed the problem, pleased i did since i needed the airbag later that night!

woow so the airbag wont 'go off' with the light on, hmm lol best get that fixed, not that I should need it (fights away boy-racer demons with pension book)...

If I mess with these wires will the airbog have a benny & blow up or something, ta
