Bought a blue GB board two months ago, I bought it on function rather than form but when unpacking it the blue made me cry a bit, black looks great
One for the new project then?
Done black but nickel blocks on there would look very nice.

Black is always the best colour for a mobo because it will go with any colour scheme you want.
I hate blue: my current gigabyte build doesn't even have a window in the case.
That mobo has a weird layout as far as the pci-e slots. 4 single-slot graphics cards? And how the hell am I supposed to use that pci-e x1?

love that board,ive always shyed away fae gigabyte ,hate that colour blue but this is smart may get 1
now i am hearing that!
its for the new sandy bridge chips which are a mid range part.
Because it's not an LGA1336 socket board.
