Scaffold (industrial) piercings

Hello,
When someone gets a scaffold/industrial piercing, do they do both holes at once and put just one pierce of jewlerly in, or do they put two seperate bits of jewlery in then wait for both to heal before putting the single bar in?

And where's the best place to buy jewlery from?

(don't wanna spend another 30 quid (or more for this piercing?) - might do it myself... cheaper )

you can have either i believe, they pierce both at the same time, but i think it is obviously the charge for two piercings.

If you get 2 seperate pieces of jewellery then it heals faster, iirc.
