Scooter oil change questions thx

Hello.

I got a Chinese Honley 110cc scooter and after looking on youtube I should change the factory engine oil asap it seems because they use really bad oil.
It's only done 360 miles so far.

I'm not sure how much oil to put in and is the halfords stuff any good?

Not sure if my scooter got a belt or chain lol.
I can't get the panels off as I need to get a decent screw driver set.
