Scottish Students need to stop whining!

I disagree on a few grounds:

1: The conservative aristochratic view
2: The Scot's never voted and will never vote Tory
3: What are "places like Wales and Scotland"?
4: The Scottish Univererstity fees have been in place for over 10 years. If it wasn't feasable then Scotland would vote otherwise.
5: What current eductation loan system involves England, Scotland and Wales in one budget?
