Scratch Cards - What is the most you have ever won?

£20 on a £5 card. I've had a few £1 and £2 here and there and a few around £10, but I'm sure I've spent more on scratch cards than I've won.

My Grandmother's partner only buys them every now and then, and always seems to win big - he's had several wins of £100-250.

Had a few when younger that were £25 winners. This was back in the day when they were new on the scene from National Lottery.

Since working in an establishment that deals with lottery, I realised what a complete sham the scratch cards are and how incredibly low the odds are stacked.

Don't buy them anymore as they are almost a complete waste of money.

I've won a couple of £40s and a few £25-35s

talking of the lottery, I'd be happier playing a game where the only prizes were £20,000 and you had much more chance of winning. If you think how many x£20,000s are in a typical jackpot plus then all the other prizes, it would make quite a few people £20,000 richer each week.

Never got into them, but a fella on another forum I use won £100k!! Posted pics of the winning card and him picking up the cheque! He was a student at the time and had gone to get cornflakes or something, had a spare quid and the rest is history.
