Scrubs - The Music at the end of each episode

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find this out? I mean, will I need to go searching through every episode on imdb or is it listed somewhere, because some of it is excellent.

Hmm, this is a good point, I did'nt explain properly. Not right at the end, not the credit music. But at the end of each episode about 2 mins before it finishes there is the part where JD gives his moral viewpoint and there is music playing over it.It's different every episode.
