Can anyone recommend any links to Scrum resources, I don't need the is and outs of it, just an overview, glossary key principals etc.

SAFe is a scaled delivery framework. Calling it an Agile scaled framework is horrible but I guess that's how they refer to it...
Agile is a mindset and cultural beliefs. Using Scrum certainly could mean you're working in an Agile way as in embodying its principles by using empirical evidence to find better ways of doing things but two are not the same. SAFe calling themselve a scaled Agile framework is almost an oxymoron.
