This is what peeves me off about SE phones, if they introduced newer technologies and bought some new features to the phone rather than a slightly better camera each time, then i would opt to upgrade to one.
In the past 4 years I have had SE phones, K700i, K750i, K800i, when my upgrade came up from the K800i, i could have stuck with SE, but i didnt..why? because I was bored of the same old SE features, they offered nothing new and exiting.
Why did i go for the N95? Because it offered a wide range of new features which were new to the mobile world, so what if the phone has a bad rep, I have had one replacement handset and this was because the first one kept re-setting itself, my second N95 handset has been faultless, it has been unlocked, firmware updated, i have used the GPS feature granted that it will be a lot better when they get a patch working for Tomtom, i regulaly use the Wifi feature, MSN Live Messenger which works well.
To be honest if i went back to SE phones now i would be bored stiff.

Just to add, the K850i has a lot of new features as well as the 5MP camera. These include:
- A completely revamped media player
- Xenon flash as well as LED lights for video mode
- QVGA video recording at 30fps (a feature only seen on the W900i previously)
- 3 soft buttons (SE has had two for a looong time now)
But yes, I do see and take your point

The guy advised me to wait for the K850i, said if I liked my current phone (k800i) I will love this one. Must admit the K800i is the best phone I have ever owned, and iv tried quite a few.
Still cant decided wether to get the K850i when it appears or wait for the Iphone, though he said that isnt likely to appear till jan/feb now![]()
