Hello,

Im having to get replacement bearings for my gearbox, the dealer has agreed to pay for the labour to get them fitted. He is still quoting me around 200-300 for the bearings alone, does this sound resonable or is he having me on?

You'll need to clarify having you on. I'm assuming gearbox bearings won't be cheap, but the easiest way to tell is surely to ring another dealer?

Few more details might help about your problem, i.e is this a warranty claim etc.
