Yup, head on lap == friend zone. If she was going to do something else, she'd have done it by now. If you make a move now, all you do is confirm to her that all men are only after one thing and send her spiralling off into oblivion. If you are her friend, stay that way, until she makes a move (when she's sober / not crying).
