Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

No-one turns up with £7k in cash to buy a car/bike these days, do they?
Not in Kent, perhaps... Royal Tunbridge Wells and all that...

We went looking for cars over the weekend and I'd suspect some of the places we saw would only ever accept briefcases and sports holdalls full of cash for the £30-70,000 cars they had !!

When I sold my car a few weeks back the buyer had £8k in cash. I don't see the problem with it provided you're able to identify counterfeit notes.

We just sold my sons bike for £3k and the guy did a bank transfer there and then. Instantly in our account no hassles.

Looking forward to seeing the Thruxton R :)

Could be a bit of a mine field here but when I sell my cars I always keep it insured. So if does go wrong you can report it as stolen to police and insurance.

To be fair though there are more dodgy traders out there than general public use your spidersense if it doesnt feel right cancel the deal.
