Hi, some help with this please.

I have a private reg which I'm selling. Someone want to buy it off me. What do I do? Who pays what? Google isn't bringing much, just loads of sites selling reg's.

Sorry, I'll wipe his bottom for him next time as well shall I. I had assumed a page with a link to "Number plates and registration marks" (and the link you posted) was enough.
