Selling car advice

I'm moving to Hong Kong on the 1st week of Decemeber and was wondering what would be the best way to sell my car (I've never sold a car before).

My car is a peugeot 206 on a 03 plate with 55,000 miles. I also have no idea how much the car is worth?

Any tips on how/where to sell will be much appreciated. I'm also looking to sell as soon as possible given that I'll be leaving the country in 5 weeks time

Gumtree for a free advert, might be worth while to shove on autotrader too.

Ah think i will give gumtree ago! Looks like i can sell all my other stuff on there as well like TV, speakers etc.

Just be wary of it, some stories of poeple on here selling and getting calls from...uhm...heavily accented poeple asking "lowest price" and being generally rude and blunt.

I've had one of them, heavy accent, lowest price, blunt. Accent put him from Cumbria, bit for for a Mondeo in Bristol personally!
