Selling cars from your house.

Seems my mum has a small problem with a guy down her road starting up his own car selling business. However he doesnt have a forecourt, hes just using the road to pile 10 cars in.
If there all registered and taxed i suppose there legal allowed to park where ever he wants.

Is there anything stating you can just fill roads with your cars, to sell especially?

Might be worth findind out if he is a licesned trader or not.

In the process, but if he is, are you allowed to just turn a house and road into a business area? Just wondered if anyone knew, as i know not all of you are a crack team of laywers.

Yeh hes got 10, and its not a massive road.
