Selling Tickets on the bay

Friend of mine won 2 O2 5Day Festival tickets, but cant make it so wants to sell them. I know tickets are on ebay but i was told its actually against the ToC of the ticket distributers.

Football tickets yes.

As long as you can prove you have the concert tickets in hand I beleive you are ok. That was the ruling up till last year anyways

Of course it will be against the terms and conditions to stop ticket touts. Whether you get caught is another story though. If he can't go then he hasn't got much to loose should they be invalidated which would be highly unlikely.

Sweet, she's having trouble selling them atm - so might get her to ebay them now
