I'm getting a really weird problem when using my sennheiser cx 400 ii headphones with my Sana Fuze MP3 player. If I increase the volume over a certain point the sound starts cutting out. This only happens on my Sana Fuze as I tried the headphones on my HTC Desire and played music at full volume no problem. Although the bass on my phone is nothing like the bass I'm getting on the Sansa, maybe these headphones are cutting out to stop them from bursting?
Could my MP3 player have sort off protection system stopping me from going deaf? I've read the manual and gone through all the settings, there’s no "volume limiter".
EDIT: After doing some google searches I think they might be fake Im gonna check the grill in the headphones to see if they rounded or flat. The original ones have rounded grills. I did buy them off Ebay for £20 when they go for £45 in retail shops
