Sent my tax disk for a refund..

Hi Folks

I sent my tax disk for a refund about 3 weeks ago now... and im still waiting for something to either appear by cheque or maybe even bank transfer... I have 2 questions really, how will I get the money back? I guess most likley by Cheque and how long does it normally take me to receive it?

They send you a cheque, I waited about a month for it to turn up
