Hi, I'm having so much trouble getting my emails to work with Windows Livemail (and any other email client).

I registered a couple of domain names on Namecheap and thought I would setup the email for it tonight. I keep getting errors and despite spending over an hour on the live support on the Namecheap site I'm still in the same situation. Basically he pointed me to this

https://www.namecheap.com/support/k...ounts-setup-in-microsoft-outlook-smtpimappop3

Which said would be the same settings, but I am unable to send or recieve any emails. He asked me to do a traceroute thing, which I think was fine, in the end he said it might be ports in Zonealarm that need forwarding. I completely removed Zonealarm and I still get the same error.

Unable to send or receive messages for the *********** (info) account. The host 'oxmail.registrar-servers.com ' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.

Server: 'oxmail.registrar-servers.com '
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 11004

Any help appreciated!

For the love of god. Working now.... Thanks Mynight, there was indeed a space at the end after .com.

That will teach me to copy and paste, just wasted at least two hours trying to figure this out... :o

One more thing, when an email is received - it doesn't say my domain name it says : erelay2.ox.registrar-servers.com in the header.

As these are for my business, I would want them to display my domain - how would one go about changing that?
