The main problem is the general public and their view of the Sex Offender Register - Its not all Rapists and Pedos that are on it you know. There are instances where people are on it for pinching a girls bum in a nightclub. Should he have done it, no, but he is hardly a danger to the public now is he?
I wonder how many people here actually know that not everyone on "The Register"
is actually convicted of a sexually motivated crime. Their crime may not even involve a sexual motive, it may just be the person is particularly violent (and I dont mean sexually, I mean generally)
