Right I'm currently left without a gaming machine and due to lack of space thinking that SFF maybe the best way to go for me particularly since this may also be used as a Blu Ray player with the big TV that's upstairs once in a while (live in a flat so bedrooms are downstairs here) so HDMI output on a motherboard is a must. I already have an HD I can use and also have a Blu Ray optical drive so those are not needed, I been out the game for a while but after looking around on the forums came out with the following spec:

For a case I will be using Silverstone SG02B-F (isn't available on OCUK, rounds the price to £650) which can accommodate graphic cards up to 12" and size wise all the components are looking fine.

Now my concern here is possible overheating with both a quad and more importantly GTX 465 inside, ATI variants (5770/5850) seem more popular in SFF as they draw less power and consequently run cooler. The card will have 2x80mm fans running almost above it so that should help temperatures but I'm still not 100% certain. Reason I went for the card is that it seems the best bang for money and I need this machine to last me at least 2 years (forgot to mention I'll be gaming at 1920x1080) but I'm not the most demanding of gamers in terms demanding performance at highest settings and play a lot of older stuff still.

Also as it's bordering a criminal ofense not to overclock the current line of Intel CPUs wondering how well I will be able to cope with the confined space and above motherboard? Any advice and suggestions are welcome here :)
