Anyone from here go to Shakespeare Raceway over the weekend? :)

Was very very packed!

Went up with some friends and took my car up for some fun, engine has only done 250miles including driving there so took it very very easy down the 1/4.

My first ever run was a 13.6 @ 102 lol :p Easy 12 in the car even on its 'running in' crap Turbo running 1bar.

Second run my Throttle position sensor plug fell off after I launched so had very little go after that, crossed the line in 14.5 @ 74mph ha! had to coast from 1/8th and still beat the 3000gt next to me :p

Highlight for me was a gorgeous yellow mark 1 escort running 10's :cool:

Friends ran a 11.8 and 12.2 in there scoobs, gits!

And dragging it with 250miles on the clock? I guess you must have been taking it really easy on the strip then!
 
Its an Evo 2/3 Rs

Pretty much stripped her to a shell and replace every bush etc, all with my own hands :)

Friend built the engine which should be good for 600 bhp+ , new turbo on order so next time I am there 500ish bhp could be on tap :)

How comes you havnt been up this year? :(

No mid 11's = Turbo sold :)

No real new pics of car at the moment, old one here when I was test fitting a larger intercooler :

Body work is pretty tatty to be honest but under the car and running gear etc is very good.
