In our office we are currently using outlook with a POP server for email (with 250 users
).
Everyone has a calendar on their computer in outlook. They share this with others using WebDav in outlook to one of our servers.
I am trying to set up a calendar for our meeting room. This would work by people inviting the meeting room's email address - [email protected] to their meeting in outlook. I currently have a spare computer running outlook in a terminal server session, when outlook recieves the request it automatically adds the meeting to the calendar. it kind of works at the moment but its not an ideal solution.
Does anyone know of some other free solution which I can run as a service on a windows server to monitor an email account and add anything recieved to a webcal calendar?
