Im wanting to mount a 3rd fan in the front of my case but i need a 120mm fan bracket, cannot find one anywhere

Something like:
Mountain Mods Acrylic Triple Bay 120mm fan mount.

The other 2 fans in my case already have mounting brackets

Just use cable ties. A couple of cable ties and a bit of a bodge will have this working fine.

If you really want to grab something though. Lian Li do loads of similar things:

Although if you're going to use up drive bays for optical bays, why not add in a HDD rack:
