She's cooking curry tonight...

Jalfrezi is an easy curry:
1. Blend Chillies, onion and tomatoes.
2. Fine chop chillies, onions and tomatoes.
3. Heat oil/clarified butter, add spices
4. Cook sauce (1+2)
5. Tandoor the Chicken or simply cube/slice chicken and cook.
6. Mix sauce + chicken.
* optional - add spinach and/or chick peas during 4.

Done. Peshwari naan with that, forget the rice.

No cream or milk.
