Perhaps if he'd have said that's why we're invading Iraq that would be relevant. As it is we went in to dismantle Saddam's WMD, which didn't exist. Going to war is the most serious decision a British PM can take, if the reasons for that war turn out to be wrong you should resign and retire from public life, unless of course you know the reasons are wrong...

Indeed but the fact is Iraq was much better off with him in charge...now its a complete and utter mess and the iraqi's dont want the Brits or Americans there.

As much as I dislike Labour, I fail to see people's problem with him. I asked around and "Iraq" (WMDs) was pretty much all people could come up with. Shame. I thought I had intelligent friends.
