Shooting football

    Hi all. So i am doing a personal project here where i get to follow and shoot the football games played in grass root level here in London and get to shoot both on and off the pitch.

    Here is some images i took last week. Please Critic as harsh as you can :)

    Nice shots, like the framing your LR editing. And yes, agreed - that looks like it might hurt.

    Hi i am using a9 and a7r3 with mainly 100-400 gm lens and 105mm sigma 1.4 art (not ideal, I was just testing out the lens) but last Sunday I used 12-24 on the a7r3 that was positioned behind the goal (will post those later) and then just went nuts with the A9 and 100-400

    Just checked out the remaining shots on your flickr .. great work. I've done a few football shots now, learning each time.. The testing time is when the light dips suddenly then you realise why the pros are using f2.8 300mm lenses. As a football fan myself, it's amazing how intense the game becomes watching through the lens.

    Thanks! i have more to share from last sunday's cup game i shot.
