Short Notice Mini-Meet?

I might be enjoying my last day of freedom this Easter by going for a blast tomorrow. Im in the Northwest and am probably up for going anywhere around 45-60 miles from home (Wirral) for a bit of a laugh. Im not prepared to do a single mile in North Wales though.

Anyone up for it? Its not a for-sure thing, depends on a few things but at this stage I am just feeling for interest.

Thoughts?

He was asking me if there were any decent driving roads round Leeds, so I was telling him about the roads we use on the manc meet

Do you know any other good roads in the area? Excluding anything near the area used in the manc meet as I've done them to death

Yeah, Snake Pass is pretty good but I don't like it. I was due to drive over it from Meadowhall to Manchester once with the girl I was seeing. I woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and she woke up cos I shouted as I woke up. Most realistic dream I'd had for a long time (save one where I was in a Kylie video. Spinning around. Oh god yes, but thats for another time).

I'd crashed going over snake pass. Can just remember being sat on my own at the side of the road with the car on its roof and the wheels still rotating.

Scary stuff. The scariest being that I was sat on my own and she'd been in the car with me.

Had a thing about that road ever since. There are other roads I'd rather crash on given the option.

I like a lot of the roads up above Halifax. They're all similar to the MancMeet™ roads.
