Right mate wants me to drive his car to pickup his new one, but so far have only found ones that are 21 and over, found one but their site at one point said 19 and the other said 20, phoned them and they said 20, does anyone know any insurers who will do 19 for short term?

I'm driving a different car at the moment - I phoned up my insurers and they added a second car onto my policy.
