Figured what was causing some discomfort from my Hero chair, and realized by default it sits quite a bit higher than what I'm used too ( causing the back of my legs where they "hang" a little to ache after some time.

Question is, if say I buy the
EXTRA SHORT GAS LIFT REPLACEMENT (-30MM)

Does this still have a 10cm up down travel in it?
I'm assuming the -30mm is with the gas lift at its lowest setting, so will it still travel "up" up 10cm?

Just to say I got the Extra short one, there is still some travel in in and the chair is much more comfortable as a result.
However, I will be posting the "how to" when it comes to removing the orginal that it comes with, as physically there is no way top simply remove it without some force and disassembly.
