Should i exchange before it's too late?

I have ordered a HIS 6970 which is arriving tomorrow. XFX cards just came in stock with OCUK. I was having a look at the reviews for both and it seems XFX batters HIS by far - this is in the US. What are your RMA experiences with both companies? Will the RMA be completely through OCUK? And finally, should i exchange under DSR?

XFX CS is ropey at best tho if you buy from OcUK I think they will take care of you, I have no experience of HIS GPU or CS wise but I've bought some of their other products and they seem of good quality, I'd probably buy them over XFX.

Again, how long will this take. OCUK have RMA'd my XFX 5850 for me but it still hasn't been sent back. (1 week so far)

I would, not seen any complaints about HIS that I can remember, seen plenty of people moaning about XFX tho.

Ocuk deals directly with His rma procedures, and to some extent they can authorise the rma on behalf of His.

It's about as good as it gets in this country, and better than dealing with the manufacturer direct.

*Edit* When I say as good as it gets I mean it will still be a pain in the ass.

Good news for me as well as mine was dispatched this afternoon. Hopefully get it tomorrow if the snow doesnt screw me over!

I dont think the snow will affect me or anyone unless you live up north
