I am looking for views from people who have experienced the game on both consoles. Things I am already aware of:

- £15 for Xbox 360, £30ish for PS3

- PS3 is silent, while Xbox 360 is loud like angry lion

- Xbox 360 allows music to be played in game

- PS3 version has lots of extra content (ie expansion pack)

In no particular order of importance. I would like to know about anything I haven't listed, such as load times, controls etc.

Think you might mean the 360 version there, unless Shivering Isles is out on the PS3 now?

But iirc the PS3 comes with Knights of the Nine included?

Also (correct me if I'm wrong) I believe that on PS3 you cannot have all the DLC activated at once, due to some memory handling issue?

360 blatantly, why waste more money for no improvements and a crapper pad?

Err Hello!!!

Although I'd agree with the crap controller, the game looks a lot better on the PS3 especially when outside. Also the loading times are a lot quicker.

Whether it's worth the extra cash then that's debatable.

The 360 had an update which includes the graphical improvements which the PS3 had..

Even then to say it's "a lot" is rather an exageration.

Perhaps, but the reviewers have been saying even with the 360 update it still isn't up with the PS3 version visually.

As I stated though whether it's worth the extra cost I would probably say it's not

The 360 one (top) looks more vivid to me. Not to mention that the PS3's graphical improvements at launch has been added to 360 and PC codes of the game now anyway. The PS3 has the advantage of less loading times, but it's actually only by a second or so when changing areas. There's also the small issue of not having Shivering Isles available, which is practically an eighth of the game missing.

So what's it gonna be, 1 second less loading time for 1/8 of the game missing?

I'd have to say from those pics the 360 version looks better, so I'd go with that :)

Do the expansions (DLC) cost points? or are they free?

Either way it would probably still work out cheaper for the 360 version, and you can have the shivering Isles expansion which is big.

The PS3 image looks like it's missing HDR totally .

the 360 one looks blurry to me , but tbh they both look crap compared to the pc screens ive seen

guess its a game you need to see moving to appreciate

Yeah basically if you can run it, PC is the version to get, every advantage of the other two plus

better graphics
better load times
modding

If not though id go for 360, graphics look similar to PS3 for me, and you really want to play Shivering isle's. 30+ hours of amazing gameplay

I would get it for the console who's pad you prefer. It's a long game! Apart from that I reckon the differences aren't worth bothering about really.
