Should I overclock my gtx 285?

Hey mates!
I have a i7 [email protected] / 6gb ram/ gtx 285. Should I overclock my card? I mean I can play almost any game everything at max settings and get above and beyond frame rates. GTA IV is the only game I can't max out. I have everything maxed out but the draw distance, which I'll admit the distance is much farther than console versions but I was wondering if oc'ing my card will allow me to get more draw distance? Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question.

any suggestions on what I should clock it to? Everytime I try anything it makes it worse.

I use gainwards expertool for clocking my gtx280.

Nice and simple wee app, raise the core, shader and memory by 10mhz at a time and test with 3dmark o6/vantage to check for stability. Not sure about the fan on the 285, but on my 280 i set it to 100% manually when testing just to be sure.

EDIT: The stock settings for my card are,

Core. 640
Mem. 1200
Shader. 1404

Ive managed to clock it to the following.

Core, 714
Mem, 1251
Shader, 1512
