Should I take my iMac back and get the next one up

I have 4 days left of my 14 days period

I have the stock 24" 2.6 iMac

I am wondering whether I should take it back for the 3.06 stock iMac be more future proof?
 
a 3.06GHz Core 2 will be no more future proof than a 2.6GHz one. You might make it last a few weeks longer but that's about it.
 
It depends what you're doing with it.

If you're doing heavy work it may make the difference, but anything else is likely to be unnoticeable.
 
I am doing a lot of Aperture work and Photoshop work... Would i see any difference? would the faster CPU and GFX make any different for the Photography?
 
the gpu in the 3.06 is better (8800gs) and if you are boot camping it to vista then you probably would see an improvement.
