Depends. Mk4 Escorts have that retro appeal due to the boxyness. There are lots of 90's cars that I thought were fantastic at the time but stuck in a half way house between retro and modern.

Mine is a 2.0l v6 not a 1.8.

I have seen on YouTube people have done 2.5 v6 swap from the 626 to the 323.

it sits nice as is tbh

but since the spring snapped yesterday, eibach kit is on order... so that'll lower it a tiny bit. 20mm front I think and 10-15 rear.

I'm happy with them! I wanted this "fat" stance on it, I like how z4m's look so was chasing something similar! the finish is not perfect but I did the refurb in a day so it'll do for now!

I like the CSL's but the car doesn't drive well on them, the suspension config + 19's don't work well! with this config it feels like a new car, I was actually surprised just how much better it drives/handles.
