what cap? none of those bolts have a cap on them. it's a different nut, therefore it looks different. it deters thieves, so why would you want to cover it?

Its a different type of nut. It locks. Thus it looks different to the other nuts. Simple as.

Depends if you want visible deterrant or a deterrant, I'd choose the latter.

I'd hollow out the left over nut so it could fit over the top.
