I currently have some Sony EX-90 & while they sound good, I am constantly getting told to turn my music down on the tube although I need it loud to cancel out the sound of the tube! So I am after some noise cancellation jobbies or at least dont leak loads of sound, have seen the E3G at just over £50, I mainly listen to stuff like Radiohead, Gomez, Lamb, Pink Floyd & the odd bit of dance music on my Cowon D2. I have read that the E3X are a bit lacking in bass which is putting me off a bit, I like the look of the SE310 but they are over budget.

Any opinions or recommendations from you good people?

Have you heard the E3's then? From what I can see the E4's are quite a step up from the E3s.

Found some good things about the "Ultimate Ears Super.fi Pros" as a good alternative to the SE310s.

Any experience with the Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pros, can get them for about £90 & they seem to be quite a improvment over the E3s?
