sig question

i had my sig removed maybe because it was too long how can i know if my line of text is 400 pixels long or not?

Find an image 400 px long , put it in your sig, preview and check if the text is longer than it ?

It's stupid they ask your text to be no more than 400 pixels long but don't provide a option for helping you do it then have the nerve to remove it without telling you why and put LOOK AT FAO

It's there forum, they can do what they like. It's not hard to check whether your sig is 400x75px , and if in doubt , post it in the "Testing" forum first.

It may have been over 75px high too.

I bet that was Thundy, he always puts FAO instead of FAQ GOD DAMMIT. :mad:

To the OP, your text needs to be no more than 4 lines long. Once you've created it and preview it you can see if it's 4 lines or more, don't worry about the 400px when it comes to text, that's for images.

well it's pretty hard to me am i supposed to get my ruler out to a 400x75 pixel picture then measure my writing come on it's pathetic

You know how to now. Unfortunately not everything is always clearcut. The typo in FAQ was probaly missleading.

You don't have to measure 400 pixels of text, you just need to ensure that you don't have more than four lines of text. Your signature has been removed twice for being five lines of text.

well it might be five on your screen but when i edited it earlier today it was 4 lines of text i checked it

i added rip 12,01,10 next to my GFX card
