i was in the Bios and i reset everything to "optimise settings" i was not thinking straight at 1 am and that this was an overclocked bundle.

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-002-OB

now every thing is working 100% so should i leave it or can some one tell me what everything was set to ..

i was just trying to set my usb mouse and keyboard to work thats all that is why i was in there .

ok chap, i feel a bit of a fool to be truthful. its an old habit with my old Pc,

ill ring them i think and then get the giggles

press F12 in the BIOS start screen, and you should be able to select the overclocked profile that OcUK made for you.

Sounds like you pressed F12 before going into the BIOS, so it went to "1 time boot menu", which then asked if you wanted to boot from floppy/dvd/hdd.

When you're in the BIOS there should be a "Load from Profile" and a "Save to Profile" or the like. Press the load one and you should be presented with the profile list.

Hopefully. :p

A phone call was less effort than spamming delete after pushing on until you see a blue screen, then pushing f12?

Yep, definitely sounds like you pressed F12 before you were anywhere near the BIOS mate which brought you to the boot menu!!!

Do what Jon said above.
