I received a O2 Online Tariff Simcard from Fatain earlier today and have put it in my mums phone, but when I turn it on I just receive the error 'Sim card registration failed'. The phone works with other o2 sims, the only thing is I don't know how old this Sim card as, could it being old (but never used) be a problem?

I phoned up and apparently because it was quite old or something they had disconnected it? Anyway its sorted now.
How great is it to get through to someone who can speak proper english as well! That took less than 3 minutes, if I had been calling India it probabaly would have taken about 10.
