Im sure someone will be able to help me here. Im trying to do a break even point for a made up company

Im saying our business will do £150,000 sales in the first year. Total expenses come to £99,496

What is the sum to find out the amount of months the break even point will be? I know its somewhere around 8 months, but not sure what sum to do.

thanks (im poor at maths) (and i got in at 7.10 this morning from a big night)

Have you done any sales forecasting? As depending on product I would think you will experience seasonal fluctuations.

The problem with that graph is that it is a monthly break even. I.E. How many units the business needs to sell each month to break even. To make this you need the costs broken down on a monthly basis.

Also you haven't broken down the sales on a monthly basis? How on earth are you going to do a cash flow forecast?

I'm just going to take a guess here and say that this is A2 Business Studies coursework? I've just finished the exact same thing on Friday. If you're only just doing the Finance section now then good luck, you're going to need it.

no, business plan for innovation & enterprise business computing BSc. Its says as a guide the plan has to be between 3 and 15 pages long! mine is 26 already
