Singapore Grand Prix 2012, Marina Bay - Race 14/20

Kinda hope Alonso has a poor race

Just shows how worried they are that Lewis or Jenson can't do it on the track himself, it's a massive compliment to Alonso that they are wishing for him to not finish. It also shows how unsporting many real fans are on here ;)

If it was people saying it about Lewis/Jenson it would be considered trolling by the same people ;)

Trolling attempt denied. Good try though.

Ha.

This track sits with places like Hungary and Abu Dhabi for me, in that when playing them on games I love them, but as a show to watch they don't usually produce good races.

There are a few missed opportunities in the Singapore track where they have gone for 'oh this will be cool' rather than thinking about how it would improve racing. The poxy grandstand bit robbed the track of an originally planned good overtaking spot, and the silly little chicane, while I understand the need for it, is just pants.

he got out of mclaren fast enough and he showed he cant handle pressure or a teamwork thats he has to fight against.

all his career apart from mclaren he had flavio making sure he was the one and stuck with him for along time.

whilst schumacher got away as fast as he could and had no problem returning to the sport on equal footing with a much younger team mate

For sure :) and Schumacher has had Brawn making sure all is ok for him all his career.

And the one time apart from his debut he's been on equal footing, he's lost 2 times on the trot. Interesting ;)
yup it proves what having the most dominant car on the grid and the FIA's assistance can do for the average man on the street.

hasnt done much for lewis though

F1 Racings Global Fan Community Survey this month is on driving standards and those god aweful podium interviews.

http://surveys.haymarket.com/s3/GFC_NOV_12

Go fill it in! Be interesting to see just how many people think those podium interviews are anything other than utterly cringe worthy.

Done!

Not sure about the question of the FIA being harsher on bad driving, I'd just like to see some consistency!
