Following on from my thread below can anyone recommend a cheapish single slot card that doesn't require its own PSU connection?

I'm looking at this HD 6570 link but it doesn't mention whether it needs it's own PSU connection, would this do?

It's not for gaming, it's an office computer with a bit of AutoCAD. It was a 3650 so this should be more than sufficient. Thanks everyone.
