so winter is approaching, is anybody off for a season/holiday this year?!
im planning working the season next year in the US so would be particularly interested on anybodies info on these resorts!

(funny place to be posting this but you never know ;) )

im looking for somewhere in the US (gotta be US becasue am travelling south through Mexico + Central America...) which has high peaks rather like the Alps. I have been to a couple of Colorado resorts (steamboat + breck) and they are great but not enough snow fields...too many trees. im thinking Mammoth or Squaw...possibly Park City/Snowbird.

Canada sounds awesome but would rather not pay for a pricey flight!
 
No snow here yet, and I've already been to hospital with a skiing injury ;)

Took a tumble on the quarter-pipe at the dry slope in Aberdeen last weekend, whacked my arm quite badly - still don't have full range-of-movement yet, but I'm still going again tomorrow!
 
Skiing at Wengen with Sixth Form (woo 16+ drinking). Should be epic, hopefully going skiing at easter somewhere as well!

This season's meant to start well in terms of snow but finish badly, hopefully it'll be better than last year anyway, was awful, but still good times had by me :)

I love it! Can't wait.
 
Due to some £150 money back vouchers for a particularly horrific flight(wings stopped working mid flight, causing a return to new york and a 25 hour delay), were going to whistler for xmas :D
err....unfortunately that means we have to fly with them again...but meh, atleast the staff were nice ?
 
Uni snowboard trip to Val Thorens in Jan :D

Will be heading to Vail, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, A-Basin, Loveland and Copper Mountain in April \o/.

Can't wait, though I need to get into training for it.

Vasquez where are you going in Norway? i used to live near Hemsedal...small but perfectly formed :) amazing park too!!

i wish you all well on your holidays, not too many broken bones too ;)

not riding this season unfortunately...need to focus on finals...all to become a snowboard instructor hehe :)
 
Just bought my new Custom today - I've got to gaze at it longingly for 6 weeks before I can go rip up Laax.
