Turns out I spent £16 on my mobile phone bill cancelling. I thought it was included in my minutes. Guess not!. More rage lol.

I spent 45 mins on live chat last week cancelling. Glad I didn't call them tbh.
If you've had it sky. Call them and Tell them once your going to cancel and the direct debit on your account has been amended. If they wish to contact your further give them your email address (if they don't already have it). You may be amazed what emails you get from sky. Talking just endures pain and rage most of us can do without.
