Sky Catchup no longer available

Parents Sky box has suddenly decided that Sky Catchup isnt accessible, router is fine, Skybox reports connection to router is fine, but Catchup is 'FAIL'.

Have rebuilt the box through the engineering menu but hasn't changed anything, tried with and without the wireless usb thing and it makes no difference, I've seen other people have the problem but no fix, anyone got any ideas?

Sky+HD boxes had a firmware update a few days ago. Coincidence?

If it continues to be a problem, try a full no-mains reboot. After that, contact Sky.

Switched to another router and it works now, weird.

This happens occasionally with my Sky box, a reboot of the router usually fixes it. Failing that, a reboot of the Sky box and router.

Started happening again, Sky support are hopeless, apparently the Sky box accesses the internet in a 'different way', when questioned why everything else works.
